Russell Simmons’ impressive Manhattan penthouse has made its return to the housing market, this time going for $11 million, adding a buyer incentive of a one percent flip tax payable by the buyer. He used to share the home with his ex-wife, Kimora Lee.
The home has been on the market for quite some time, and was nearly ruined after the tragedy of the attack on the Twin Towers. Diddy was once a prospective buyer, but back off negotiations after Simmons’ home attained damage in the attack.
Russell has since completely renovated the 7,175 square foot home, which features enormous rooms and a massive outdoor entertaining area with breathtaking views of the city’s skyline.
